Hi! I’m Chrissy Jee and I’m a mother to two daughters, wife, friend, seeker, and health coach. But above all, like you, I am a woman who knows how it feels to be constantly tired, overwhelmed, cranky, disconnected and unattractive.
After my second daughter was born, I felt terrible. My hands and stomach were covered with eczema, I was exhausted the minute I woke up in the morning, I couldn’t concentrate or remember, at times could barely breath from stress and anxiety, had a seizure and would go days without speaking to my husband. I went to many doctors and was told this feeling was normal since I had two small children, recommended botox to help lift my self esteem, and prescribed neurological medication for the rest of my life. None of this felt right.
I took control of my health and with the help of the right doctors found I was Vitamin B12 and D deficient and had an automimmune disease. I made changes to my life and diet and bite-by-bite, day-by-day, brought myself back to feeling good, happy, and enjoying my life.
My experience was my motivation to enroll at Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My recovery was broken down into five parts: (D)iet, (R)elationships, (E)xercise, (S)tress, (S)leep, and this is the foundation of my DRESS protocol that I use to coach my clients to achieve their health goals and feel good.
My mission and legacy is to help as many people as possible make changes to their diet and lifestyle to feel good, be well, and live a happy life.
