Our First Trip to Cape Cod, MA

We just came back from a fantastic vacation in Cape Cod, MA. I grew up in the Northeast and have always wanted to visit Cape Cod. We loved our stay at Chatham Bars Inn. It had so much to do and eat at the resort we barely left.

We went lobstering and even though we didn’t catch any lobsters, we had a great tour of the coast, saw grey seals, watched mussels and scallops being harvested, and learned about the fishing boats.

We had a great time playing tennis. The girls and I play tennis so we each took turns being Grouchy Husband’s partner, because he doesn’t.

The drinks were fantastic at Chatham Bars Inn! The girls loved the strawberry daiquiri and I loved the mojitos.

The food was fantastic. The salads were my favorite. They grow the vegetables at Chatham Bars Inn Farm so everything is so fresh and delicious.

We celebrated Big O’s 14th Birthday. Happy Birthday Baby!

Farewell Chatham Bars Inn! We can’t wait to visit again next year.
