Most everyone has their own variable of a green smoothie recipe. This is mine. It’s super simple and one of my favorite snacks on the Big 6 Detox. Enjoy!
1 frozen green tipped banana
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (without sugar and other funky ingredients, I like Malk)
2 tablespoons almond butter (without sugar or processed oils like canola or palm)
Handful of fresh spinach or baby kale
Directions: Blend everything together until smooth.
